12 Things I Bet You Didn't Know About Tim McGraw

1. Tim McGraw is not tech- savvy, and depends on his team members to post for him on Twitter and   Facebook. Additionally, his family is under strict social media rules. (I wouldn't want to be Gracie McGraw!)

 

2. Tim McGraw's favorite album of his is Everywhere. He says this because it is one of his most defining albums as an artist.

 

3. He has five tattoos. His five tattoos include a leprechaun with a cowboy hat on his thigh, the Christian fish, the word "Faith" for his wife Faith Hill, a cross with the initials of his daughter at each point, and finally the initials DHD for his band the Dancehall Doctors on his ankle.

 

4. Before Tim became known as a famous country singer, he declared a major in Pre-Law at Northeast Louisiana University. When he became a part of his fraternity, however, his Pre-Law ambitions dissipated. It's a good thing he did this because we wouldn't have all of Tim McGraw's great hits today!

 

5. Tim McGraw's obsession with hats is not a fad, rather, it is to cover his so-called "five head". He wears large cowboy hats to conceal his apparently large head.

 

6. Tim developed his love for country music while taking road strips with his father (not biological), Horace Smith, who drove a truck delivering cotton seed for a living. They listened to a lot of country music on these rides.

 

7. Kenny Chesney is Tim McGraw's famous next-door neighbor, and they happen to be best friends!

 

8. In his famous hit "Last Dollar" his daughters Gracie, Audrey, and Maggie sing the last line together. Here all this time I thought it was a bunch of random kids!

 

9. Tim McGraw's touching song "My Little Girl" was written for his oldest daughter, Gracie. It is a poignant song that displays how much love Tim has for his daughter.

 

10. Tim McGraw was a member in the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, in which he was awarded the Distinguished Achievement Award, the highest award a fraternity can give.

 

11. The famous country star's Hollywood home was broken into in February, 2007.

 

12. Tim McGraw and his wife, Faith Hill fell in love on his Spontaneous Combustion tour.
